Frequently Asked Questions – Amped Up Rock School

1. What types of lessons do you offer?
We offer guitar lessons and In-School rock band coaching. Lessons are available In-School, online or direct to you so you can learn from home.

2. What ages and skill levels do you teach?
All ages are welcome! We tailor lessons for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students, whether you’re just starting out or preparing for exams.

3. How long is each lesson?
Lessons typically run 30–60 minutes, depending on the student’s age and learning goals.

4. Do I need my own instrument?
It’s helpful, but not essential. We provide instruments for in-school lessons and direct to you lessons. For online lessons, having your own instrument is essential.

5. Can my child join the rock band programme?
Absolutely! Our band programme allows students to rehearse, perform, and learn teamwork skills while playing the music they love.

6. How do payments work?
In-School payments are made every 4 weeks when school is in session only. If lessons are missed due to closures, your payments will carry forward. One-to-one lessons are weekly.

7. Are online lessons as effective as in-person lessons?
Yes! Our online lessons are live and interactive, with tailored exercises and guidance. Many students progress just as quickly as in-person learners.
