Each band session lasts 30 minutes, once per week, scheduled during or just after school hours depending on the school’s setup.

11. Is there a cost & Payment Policy?
Cost : £30 every 4 x lessons
We offer two payment methods for tuition:
Auto Pay
Auto Pay is the preferred payment method.
Payments are automatically charged to the card or account on file on the scheduled billing date.
It is the student/parent’s responsibility to ensure payment information is current and valid.
Manual Pay
Manual payments must be submitted in full by the due date each billing period.
Reminders may be sent, but timely payment remains the responsibility of the student/parent.
Late or Non-Payment
If payment is not received by the due date, lessons may be paused until the balance is paid in full.
Continued non-payment may result in removal from the lesson schedule.
Reinstating Lessons
Lessons will resume once all outstanding balances are paid and the account is in good standing.
Lesson time slots are subject to availability after a pause.
Policy Agreement
By enrolling in lessons, students and parents agree to comply with this payment policy.
12. Missed Payment Policy
Lesson fees are payable in advance, as outlined at sign-up.
If a payment is missed, lessons may be paused until payment is received.
If there is a genuine issue or short delay, parents are encouraged to get in touch as soon as possible — I’m always happy to discuss and help where I can.
Continued non-payment without communication may result in the loss of the lesson place.
My aim is to keep lessons running smoothly and fairly for all families — clear communication really helps with this.
13. Missed Lesson & Cancellation Policy
Missed lessons with no contact (no notice given) will be charged in full, notice given = no charge.
School closures (holidays, emergencies, weather-related closures) will not be charged.
Teacher cancellations (teacher illness, emergency, or planned time off) will not be charged, and a makeup lesson will be added to the calendar.
